Unofficial Theory and driving test websites

The Road Safety Authority (RSA) wishes to raise more awareness of unofficial theory and driving test websites that are overcharging increasing numbers of learner drivers each year.

In previous communications we advised about the unofficial driver theory and driving test websites that are UK based that could be profiting by over €200,000 each year.  Unfortunately the number of applicants who are getting unnecessarily overcharged each month by these sites is increasing. Last year 2,441 applicants booked their driver theory test with these sites and 1,623 applications used these sites to book their practical driving test.
