Subject: IMPORTANT: Old format Journey Forms will no longer be accepted in other Member States
Dear Operator,
The Authority has been informed by the EU Commission that old format Journey Forms will no longer be accepted in other Member States.
If you received your Journey Form book after 01 January 2016, the Authority is in the process of sending the new books to you free of charge, provided that your International RTOL is still valid. Please return any of the old format books to the Authority.
If you have received a book of Journey Forms from the Authority between 01 October 2015 and 31 December 2015, please:
1. Return any unused books, and a copy of your International Operators Licence, to the Authority.
2. If your postal address is different from that on your Licence, please include a cover note with the address you wish the books to be sent to.
3. The Authority will then replace the Journey Form books free of charge.
